Delivery:
1. Items will be served two to three days upon receipt of payment.
2. Pick-up: Orders are available for pick-up two days after payment is received unless noted otherwise.
3. Shipment: Items can be shipped upon receipt of full payment; a tracking number will be provided as soon as the products are picked-up by your preferred forwarder. Note that clients are responsible for shipping charges.
i. Client/s must fax to 02.751.0629 or email to grassefragrance@gmail.com scanned copy of Shipping Waiver Form with signature (Every Transaction).
ii. Without proof of payment, we will be unable to ship the items.
iii. Please be reminded that we will not be able to complete any transaction that does not have the requirements specified due to management policies.
4. All items will be verified and checked by GFC for accuracy and packaging security however GFC will not be held responsible for any breakage or damage that may arise during shipment.
RETURNS POLICY
The Grasse Fragrance Co., Inc. allows returns (by exchange or refund) of goods with factory defects only.
The Grasse Fragrance Co., Inc. will not allow returns for goods with no factory defects. Please note the following provisions fall under the DTI’s No Return, No Exchange Policy, pursuant to the Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 7394, or the Consumer Act of the Philippines, specifically Title III, Chapter 1, Rule 2, Section 7 of Department Administrative Order (DAO) No. 2, Series of 1993.
- Consumers are entitled to a return or an exchange, as long as there is a defect in the quality of goods or imperfection in the service.
- If the defect is due to mishandling on the part of the buyer, the buyer cannot return the item and demand an exchange or refund. The prohibition covers only hidden defects, shoddy goods or imperfect service.
- The prohibition is not an excuse for the buyer to return the goods because of a change of mind (if after buying a certain item, a customer changes his mind and wants to return the said item).
For valid returns (goods with factory defects), please inform the Company.
Ordering:
1. Please confirm the availability of your desired orders via email, telephone or text message.
2. Once GFC has confirmed that the products ordered are on stock, an order form will be sent to you.
3. Please double check ordered item/s and confirm your order by sending the order form back to us.
4. You will receive confirmation from GFC via text message or email.
5. Once GFC receives the order form and GFC has sent confirmation, the order is as good as sold.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Confirmed orders are non changeable and non cancelable due to the customized nature of the products. We kindly ask you to make sure your orders are correct before sending a confirmation with us.

1. Payment conditions are as follows: All submitted order forms that are confirmed are subject for full payment. Please settle your order payment as soon as you received an order confirmation from GFC.
